Trinity Extended Care (T-Care)

  • Before school session is from 7:00-8:00 a.m.: Helps you get an early start. There is a light breakfast served to students arriving prior to 7:45 a.m.
  • Morning/Afternoon session 8:00 a.m.-3:15 p.m.: Designed to reinforced what is being taught in the preschool classrooms. Colors, letters, and special units are emphasized in unique and exciting ways.
  • After school session 3:15-6:00 p.m.: A relaxed atmosphere with an opportunity for homework to be completed and loads of FUN! A light snack is served.

The following Trinity Care payment options are available to preschool families for the 2009-2010 school year:

•Option 1: Weekly Flat Fee – Pay a fee of $100.00 for each preschool age child per week no matter how much or little T-Care is used. A payment would be due each Friday for the upcoming week. In order to take advantage of option 1 the $100.00 fee MUST be paid in advance, and the account must continue to be in good financial standing at all times or the cost will increase to $125.00 per week. FACTS withdrawal is not available with this option.

•Option 2: Monthly Flat Fee – Payment of $400.00 for each preschool age child per month, no matter how much or little T-Care is used, to be added to your tuition cost automatically deducted by FACTS on either the 5th or 20th of each month for a period of 10 months beginning in August. If you plan on using this option, please contact the school secretary by July 1, to have the $400.00 T-care fee added to your FACTS balance.

•Option 3: Actual Usage - Pay for T-Care based on actual usage according to current T-care rates. Under this plan a parent of a child in the 2 day class may pay as much as $128.00 per week for T-Care, a parent of a child in a 3 day class may pay as much as $119.50 per week for T-Care, and a parent of a child in a 4 day class may pay as much as $111.00 per week for T-Care. Payment for this plan would be due the week following T-Care use.

Actual usage rates ares as follows:

  • Before School 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. $4.00 per child*
  • Morning Session 8:00 - 12:00 p.m. $8.50 per child
  • Afternoon Session 11:00 - 3:15 p.m. $8.50 per child
  • After School 3:15 - 4:45 p.m. $4.00 per child*
  • After School Extended 4:45 - 6:00 p.m. $4.00 per child

*Includes light breakfast / snack

Special Days & Vacation Daily $25.00 per child

  • Trinity Care is available on most holidays, during Spring Break, Christmas Break and throughout the summer.
  • Available to Trinity School Students only
  • Must complete T-Care Guidelines & Policies before student may attend T-Care.
  • No hourly rates available
  • May pay cash or check
  • Third child free after two paid children per family (Free child will be the one that least used T-Care that week)
  • Students arriving before 8:00 a.m. and not picked up within 15 minutes of schools release will be sent to T-Care and regular fees apply
  • Lunch & Milk tickets may be purchased in the school office

Students in grades 6-8 attend "Club Trinity" if they are not able to go home right after school. At "Club Trinity" middle school students have an opportunity to use the Computer Lab, have an after school snack, do their homework, listen to their iPods, and play video games. Trinity Care charges apply to "Club Trinity".
